Your Professional ‘Why’, Part 2: Identifying It & Achieving It – Ian Peek

Most professionals know roughly what they want to achieve – the harder part is turning that sense of direction into a workable plan. In this second session, Ian Peek introduces a practical three-part framework – biological, psychological and social – that gives structure to the journey towards your professional why. Drawing on his PhD research with European Tour players, his work with coaching clients across two continents, and the examples of managers like Jurgen Klopp and Alex Ferguson, Ian shows that no one reaches their goals alone. Who is on your girder with you?
